Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for your purchase with us at manibeautybrand.com. While we are more than happy to help find a more than fair solution if you have any issue with your order; we are not able accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of cosmetics is absolutely crucial—not just for product quality, but for consumer safety.
No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed.
If your order has not shipped, we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.
We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.
NO REFUNDS. Store Credits only are available for consumers.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Products If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us at: customerservice@manibeautybrand.com within 3 days of delivery. Disputes will not be considered after 3 days of delivery receipt.
Please submit a photo image of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
